My goal as a clinician is to provide my clients a safe, judgement free space for them to explore the intricate pieces that make up who they are. In sessions, we break down clients' previous experiences to explore how those events impacted their growth and development.
Â
I often tell my clients that I think of therapy like an old crime board with the red string linking one photo, suspect, or theory to another. Our lives are a series of events and moments that all connect to form who we are today and why we respond the way we do. It isn’t until we are able to understand and know ourselves that we can lean into our own authenticity.

Diverse & Inclusive Practice
I've worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC communities, and people from various religious and cultural traditions. I approach each therapeutic relationship from a place of curiosity and desire to learn more about your unique identity and how it has shaped your experieinces.
I'm an introvert to my core and my hobbies show that.
In my free time, I enjoy:
-
Reading
-
Watching TV and movies
-
Playing videogames
-
Crafting
-
Spending time with my pet ducks. I currently have twelve call ducks.
